Dear Richey Elementary Families,

It is with great excitement and deep gratitude that I write to share that I have been named the new Principal of Richey Elementary School.

Having served as your Assistant Principal for the past year, I have had the privilege of getting to know many of you and I have seen firsthand what a dedicated, supportive, and inspiring community we have here at Richey. Stepping into the role of Principal is a true honor and I am deeply committed to continuing the great work we do each day.

My focus remains on creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every student feels empowered to learn, grow, and succeed. Because of our strong foundation and shared history, I am confident that this transition will be smooth as we prepare for another fantastic school year ahead.

I value your partnership and look forward to working alongside you in this new capacity to support our students.

Thank you for your continued trust and support. I can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another great year in the coming weeks!

Warm regards,

Kelly McCormick
